Agentic AI Development

An AI agent can plan a sequence of tasks and use tools to carry it out. In an enterprise, that ability must stay within explicit permissions and remain accountable to the people who own the workflow.

Design the decisions before the agents

We define each agent’s role, available tools, information access, escalation rules and stopping conditions. A multi-agent design is useful only when separate responsibilities improve reliability or control; a simpler workflow may be the better choice.

Connect agents to real work

Integration can include enterprise applications, document repositories and approved business APIs. Sensitive actions require suitable authentication, validation and human review. Access should be limited to what the task needs.

Evaluate before autonomy

Representative tasks, tool failures and ambiguous instructions belong in the test plan. Production monitoring should capture outcomes, exceptions, latency and operating cost, with a route back to a person when the system cannot proceed reliably.
